By using our site or signing up for our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

Our services

Solomon Systems provides reputation management and marketing systems for local service businesses. Our core product is a review management system that requests and manages customer reviews on your behalf. We also offer a fuller system that can include a website, automated lead follow-up by text and email, one-click campaigns, and local SEO. The specific features included depend on the plan you select.

Fees and billing

• Reputation management is billed monthly, from $99 to $297 per month depending on your plan, with no setup fee. New reputation management plans start with a 10-day free trial.
• The fuller marketing system is billed separately, starting at $297 per month, and may include a one-time setup fee.
• Service is month-to-month with no long-term contract.
• Monthly fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
• If a payment fails, we may pause your service until the balance is resolved.
• Prices may change with advance notice. Any change will apply to future billing periods.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future monthly billing and ends ongoing hosting and management. Setup fees and fees already billed are not refundable. Upon cancellation, we may take your site offline unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Your responsibilities

To build and run your site, we rely on you to provide accurate business details, content, and access we reasonably request. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information and materials you give us, and for ensuring you have the right to use any logos, images, or text you provide.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful, misleading, or harmful purpose, and not to interfere with the operation of our systems or the systems of our providers.

Intellectual property

While your account is active and in good standing, you have a license to use the website and materials we create for your business. Our own software, templates, systems, and processes remain our property. Content and brand assets you provide remain yours.

Third-party services

Our services rely on third-party platforms for hosting, messaging, payments, and analytics. Your use of those features may also be subject to the third party's terms. We are not responsible for outages or changes outside our control.

No guarantee of results

We work hard to build sites and systems that help you get more calls and bookings. However, we do not guarantee any specific number of leads, calls, sales, rankings, or revenue. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, pricing, and how you follow up with leads.

Disclaimer of warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solomon Systems will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in West Virginia.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date above. Continued use of our site or services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
